Job summary

Nextgenfed is looking for a highly motivated Application/Agentic AI Engineer to support the integration and deployment of AI applications using ReadiChat in Aberdeen, Maryland. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to create AI solutions that enhance decision-making and automation.

As part of this role, you will need strong software engineering skills along with experience in AI/ML integration. A Bachelor’s in Computer Science and an active security clearance are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering or AI/ML integration.
• Proven experience with Python, JavaScript, and similar languages.
• Active Security Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop agentic AI solutions based on mission requirements.
• Integrate AI agents into operational environments and cloud services.
• Support training and mentoring for customer agent creators.
