Job summary

Analytica in Bethesda, MD invites an experienced AI/ML Engineer to lead and shape enterprise AI initiatives within our infrastructure team. You will develop, deploy, and monitor ML models and MLOps pipelines across secure cloud and on-prem environments.

You will collaborate with data engineers, developers, and SMEs to deliver NLP, LLM, and generative AI solutions, while ensuring security, explainability, and reliable operations. This role offers growth, competitive compensation, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AI/ML engineering, data science, or applied ML experience.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Experience with MLOps, cloud AI services, model deployment, and monitoring.
• Knowledge of NLP, LLMs, RAG, and generative AI.
• Experience deploying AI in secure enterprise environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Federal sector experience and IRS/VEVRAA clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, evaluate, deploy, and monitor ML models for mission and business use cases.
• Build and support MLOps pipelines for versioning, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Collaborate with data engineers, developers, analysts, and SMEs to operationalize AI capabilities.
• Implement NLP, LLM, RAG, and generative AI solutions where appropriate.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Document model development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and responsible AI considerations.
