Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and network carriers to resolve incidents.

Perform approved configuration tasks following documented instructions and security policies.

Produce clear incident summaries and post-event reports.

Follow defined escalation, notification, and communication procedures.

Work scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and rotations as required.

What We’re Looking For

You stay calm and methodical during incidents and system alerts.

You follow procedures closely and understand the risk of deviation in mission-critical environments.

You communicate clearly, especially when sharing status or technical details.

You document your work thoroughly and in real time.

You know when to troubleshoot independently and when to **escalate**.

You take ownership of issues until resolution or handoff is complete.

What You’ll Bring

Required

Experience monitoring systems, investigating alerts, and managing incidents through resolution.

Foundational understanding of network topologies and the OSI model.
