  • Create and maintain accurate Design Layout Records in a web-based system.
  • Install and support AC and DC power systems, including rectifiers, fuse alarm panels, and power converters.
  • Support Distributed Antenna System installations and related infrastructure.
  • Conduct or support site surveys for new and existing installations, including office builds and wireless infrastructure.
  • Perform service activations, migrations, and disconnects.
  • Troubleshoot down circuits, support turn-ups, and validate network infrastructure.
  • Lead facility decommissions and infrastructure removals, including documentation updates.
  • Interpret, investigate, and remediate mission-critical alerts.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure work meets Switch standards.
  • Document work, time, and outcomes clearly in ticketing and tracking systems.
  • Follow established escalation and notification procedures using sound judgment.
  • Provide input on process improvements for network operations and customer support.
  • Work flexible schedules that support 24/7/365 operations.
What We’re Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of industry cabling standards, power systems, and fault-tolerant designs.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot layer 1 connectivity and hardware issues.
  • Experience creating and delivering technical training or mentorship.
  • Comfort serving as an escalation point without direct people management authority.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
  • Willingness to travel locally or domestically as needed.
