You will drive repeatable, scalable templating operations aligned with customer and production priorities, shaping a high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in part templating or related manufacturing robotics is required.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to lead and onboard teammates in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain templating standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Monitor output quality, perform spot‑checks, and coach team members.
• Manage templating schedule, balancing capacity with deadlines.
• Assign daily/weekly templating work and reprioritize as needed.
• Onboard/train new team members on templating tools and processes.
• Evaluate new hire work during ramp‑up and provide feedback.
