Texas Health Resources is seeking a Mission Control role for night shift in Fort Worth. The position involves transporting patients, delivering and picking up equipment, and supporting patient concierge services across the hospital.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma (preferred) and up to 6 months of related experience or customer service. Must have strong English communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently with professional conduct.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred or 6 months customer service preferred.
• BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Knowledge of Windows/PC helpful; proactive problem solving and time management.

Responsabilités

• Transport patients by the appropriate method to and from all patient care areas.
• Deliver and pick up patient care equipment, supplies, mail, patient concierge services and other items throughout the hospital.
• Maintain par levels and clean equipment in designated areas.
• Adhere to Body Substance Isolation Universal Precaution Policy.

What You Need:

• H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
• 6 Months related experience Preferred or
• 6 Months customer service Preferred.
