Job summary

Core Government Services (CGS) seeks an Army Mission Command Trainer for MTCCS II at Fort Bragg to support the Mission Training Complex. The role involves delivering training from squad to EAB, integrating Live, Virtual, Constructive, and C2 capabilities, and ensuring SME certification.

Applicants should have BA/BS, 5+ years of relevant military experience, SECRET or higher clearance, and willingness to travel. Work hours are standard; contract length >1 year. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Education requires BA/BS or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years of military experience or related field.
• Knowledge of alarm monitoring principles and security systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Occasional travel (<10%).

Responsibilities

• Deliver Mission Command training aligned to event/exercise plans.
• Plan and execute collective Mission Command training.
• Identify training gaps and coordinate with management to fill them.
• Update training materials and TSPs.
• Maintain SME certifications per PDCP.
• Support planning meetings and coordinate facilities for training.
