Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services, LLC is seeking an MCST Trainer to support ARNG Mission Command Training Program. This full-time, non-exempt role delivers MCIS training, develops Training Support Packages, and provides classroom instruction and on-the-spot support for Mission Training Complex events.

The trainer will work with a range of Army Mission Command systems, create and maintain courseware aligned with PM system TSPs, and participate in multi-echelon collective training to ensure mission

Qualifications

• 4+ years of service in or in support of the Army or other national defense service.
• Subject Matter Expertise on one or more Mission Command Systems (MCSs) and has operated the system(s).
• Completion of a course of study leading to a minimum of experience with Army Mission Command Systems (MCSs) and software systems.
• Certified and current with Army training doctrine.

Responsibilities

• MCIS trainers will conduct both formal information system operator training and informal over-the-shoulder MCIS training during collective training events.
• Responsible for Developing Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) for the employment of MC systems.
• Design voice and data system architectures for unit staff/team collaboration and information sharing within TOC, CP and war-fighter cell systems/applications architectures based on user specifications.
• Develops and adapts training materials and documentation to support Gaming and Simulations capabilities.
• Develops training environments that are unique to unit training requirements, completes setup and configuration of systems, conducts testing, troubleshooting and modification of systems as required.
• Delivers single and multi-echelon collective training in accordance with established MTC TSPs.
• Must support US Army Mission Command capabilities including CPOF, FBCB2, BFT/BFT2, JCR, JBC-P, DCGS-A, TIGR, GCCSA, IC…
• Maintains/updates Army Mission Command Systems (MCSs) courseware documentation, aligned with PM system TSPs.
• Reports directly to the MCST Trainer Lead.
• Other duties as assigned.

Valiant is looking for a MCST Trainer to join our team! This position is a fulltime Non-Exempt hourly position, supporting the ARNG Mission Command Training Program (MCTSP). The Mission Command Support Team (MCST) Trainer is responsible for MCIS training for the Mission Training Complex to include the development of Training Support Packages (TSPs), formal classroom instruction, over-the-shoulder (OTS) support, and systems integration for MTC driven individual and collective events as well as integrating requisite Live, Virtual, Constructive, Gaming and Mission Command (LVCG+MC).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• MCIS trainers will conduct both formal information system operator training and informal over-the-shoulder MCIS training during collective training events.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

Active Secret

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma (AA/AS preferred).

Work Hours: 0800 - 1700 (may vary based on mission requirements)

Overtime: As Required

Travel: As Required
