Job summary

Client Solution Architects in Fort Leavenworth, KS seeks a Sustainment Collective Trainer to support live and constructive Mission command training. You will work with TUCs to tailor OPORDs and scenarios, maintaining currency with TRADOC doctrine and providing modular training across sustainment functions.

Requirements include an active Secret Clearance, senior Army leadership experience with a training management background, Battalion-level or higher staff roles, and at least six years in the

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Senior Army leadership experience with a training management background.
• Battalion or higher staff experience in the primary War Fighting Function.

Responsibilities

• Supports live and constructive Mission command training.
• Maintains currency with TRADOC doctrine and provides latest OPORDs and Scenarios to TUCs.
• Adjusts OPORD/scenario to meet unit needs for realistic training events.
• Works with TUC to tailor training materials for modular requirements across sustainment functions.
