Job summary

A defense support company seeks a knowledgeable Collective Trainer - Sustainment to support training programs at Fort Leavenworth, KS. The ideal candidate will have prior senior Army leadership experience and a valid Secret Clearance. This full-time role offers opportunities to contribute to impactful solutions within military training dynamics. Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree and relevant army training management background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
• Must have previous senior Army leadership experience with a training management background.
• Recent experience working within the ARNG training support system.

Responsibilities

• Support live and constructive Mission command training.
• Maintain currency with doctrine published by TRADOC.
• Work with the TUC to manipulate OPORDs or scenarios.
