Job summary

CALIBRE Systems, Inc. is looking for a part-time MCTP Workstation Controller to support the Mission Command Training Program in Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas. This role involves training, coaching, and supervising personnel during Warfighter Exercises, ensuring realistic simulations, and working closely with exercise control teams. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of Army operations, relevant simulation platforms, and hold an active Secret clearance. The position also requires significant travel and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Army operations, mission command, and warfighting functions.
• Experience operating or supporting simulation platforms such as WARSIM, JLCCTC, or similar training systems.
• Ability to train and mentor personnel in operational simulation environments.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise personnel replicating command structures during exercises.
• Instruct on WARSIM Battle Space Workstation and JLCCTC platforms.
• Provide technical guidance on Army Mission Command Systems.
