Job summary

Federal Sherpa, LLC is seeking an MCTP Technical Support Admin / Tech to support the Army’s Mission Command Training Program at Fort Leavenworth, KS. You will maintain and secure the integrated technical environment, including MCIS, JLCCTC, ARCHER, and related simulation tools, ensuring uptime for constructive simulations and C2 systems.

You will administer Windows and Linux servers, virtualization clusters, storage, and network services, while enforcing DoD security policies and STIGs.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in IT/engineering.
• DoD 8140 qualifications or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support integrated technical environments enabling large-scale Army training.
• Administer enterprise infrastructure and Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS).
• Operate and sustain JLCCTC, ARCHER, and associated training capabilities.
• Provide tier-III technical support and proactive system maintenance.
• Collaborate with exercise planners to ensure exercise flow and safety.
