Job summary

GDIT is seeking an Operations Analyst in Fort Leavenworth to train, coach, and supervise personnel tasked with replicating subordinate, adjacent, and higher HQ units within Warfighter Exercises. You will ensure realistic simulations using WARSIM and JLCCTC while supporting operational plans aligned with Army doctrine.

The role emphasizes collaboration with MCTP staff and OC/Ts, development of lesson plans, and technical guidance on Army systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science required.
2+ years of related experience.
Completion of ILE/MEL4 or Sergeants Major Course graduate equivalent.
Former field grade officer; retired lieutenant colonel (O-5) or above preferred; senior warrant officers (W-4/5) or sergeants major (E-9) eligible.
Experience in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level.
Familiarity with Army and Joint regulations relevant to this role.

Responsibilities

Support Operations Group Charlie and their role in training Division Commanders and Staff.
Collaborate with unit and MCTP personnel to ensure training achieves commander's objectives.
Instruct on WARSIM and JLCCTC platforms; provide guidance on CPCE and CPOF.
Develop and deliver lesson plans for JLCCTC instruction.
Generate Work Cell reports for AAR development.
Resolve simulation anomalies and escalate as needed.
