A mission focused solutions and digital transformation company is seeking a Workstation Controller to support the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP). In this role, you will train and supervise personnel for Warfighter Exercises, ensuring realistic simulation environments using platforms like WARSIM and JLCCTC. Candidates should have a strong understanding of Army operations and mission command, along with experience in simulation platforms. This position requires extensive travel (up to 100%) for training exercises and mission events.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Army operations and mission command is essential.
• Experience with simulation platforms like WARSIM or JLCCTC is required.
• Ability to train and mentor personnel is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise unit personnel during Warfighter Exercises.
• Instruct on WARSIM and JLCCTC platforms.
• Provide technical guidance on Army Mission Command Systems.
