Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services seeks an ORMC Instructor to deliver platform instruction and serve as assistant instructor for the ASOTMC POI. You will advise senior Special Forces personnel and coordinate training plans across CONUS locations.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, completion of the ASOT Managers Course, and DoD ITC. You will develop doctrine, prepare multimedia materials, and travel as needed to support training missions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years IC experience.
• Experience at battalion level or higher management.
• Ten years Special IC experience preferred but not required.
• Able to use Windows-based OS, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Prepare and use multimedia products for platform instruction.
• Familiar with SAT/ALM TRADOC policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct platform instruction as primary instructor and alternate instructor for ASOTMC POI.
• Research, develop and write doctrine.
• Present instruction to support Special Forces missions.
• Coordinate and brief military and civilian officials.
• Prepare, coordinate, execute and supervise training exercises across CONUS.
