Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services is seeking a full-time Joint Training Specialist in Suffolk, VA to support the CJT contract for Joint Staff J7 DD JTE. The role covers operating M&S tools like AWSIM, JCATS, JSAF, JTLS, JCATS Low Overhead Driver, and LOTS, with focus on realistic TTP replication and MSEL development.

The position requires active Secret clearance, on-site work, and ability to coordinate with exercise planners and ECG. Travel as required up to 30% may apply.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge in one of the two subgroups and be able to learn the other.
• Ability to master and then give platform instruction as a primary instructor for various simulations.
• Experience instructing exercise players and managing exercise response cells.

Responsibilities

• Instructor Controller duties across AWSIM, JCATS, JSAF, JTLS, JLOD, LOTS.
• Develops and delivers platform instruction, maintains doctrine proficiency, and certs in specified models.
• Performs exercise workstation controller tasks and assists Scenario Manager and ECG.
• Supports simulation development, testing, and as Deputy Test Director.
