Job summary

Assured Consulting Solutions seeks an experienced AI/ML Engineer to advance our in-house AI language model for data labeling across multimedia sources. You will develop, train, and deploy AI/ML capabilities, integrating them into secure mission-focused environments while collaborating with data and software teams.

Must have hands-on ML engineering experience, strong Python skills, and a proven track record with LLM-enabled applications and MLOps. On-site work in Reston or Bolling AFB is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in machine learning engineering with model deployment to production.
• Strong Python skills for development, training, inference, and experiments.
• Experience implementing and operationalizing LLM-enabled applications and features.
• Experience building MLOps infrastructures including experiment tracking and versioning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and automate fine-tuning and training pipelines for AI/ML models.
• Design and deploy AI/LLM features to support mission-critical use cases.
• Build model deployment pipelines and ensure reliable production releases.
• Define performance metrics and drive improvements based on results.
• Collaborate with engineers and mission leads to translate needs into designs.
