Job summary

D&G Solutions is seeking a Knowledge Manager to design, develop, and implement Microsoft 365 collaboration and knowledge management solutions for USTRANSCOM's Joint Secretariat. You will improve information sharing, business processes, and decision-making across the Command while supporting multiple initiatives.

On-site at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois, you will work with a collaborative team to expand enterprise capabilities and ensure compliance with government regulations and security

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Strong understanding of workflows, business rules, business process flows, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience designing, managing, and integrating data across multiple platforms.
• Experience administering SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand collaboration and knowledge management requirements.
• Design, develop, deliver, and maintain Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions from basic workflows to enterprise apps.
• Collaborate with development teams to leverage existing functionality, reusable components, and best practices.
• Design, implement, and maintain SharePoint sites and solutions that improve communication and information sharing.
• Manage user permissions, access controls, and governance to protect sensitive information.
• Provide training and user support for Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related technologies.
• Develop and maintain centralized knowledge repositories for organizational documents, lessons learned, best practices, and reference materials.
• Establish and enforce content management policies, standards, and governance procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy, organization, and relevance of information stored within SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations, security requirements, and organizational standards.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and collaboration.
