D&G Solutions is seeking a Knowledge Manager to design and deliver Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions at Scott AFB, IL. The role focuses on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and governance across DoD systems.

You will work with stakeholders to implement scalable workflows, SharePoint sites, and training programs, ensuring compliance with government requirements and enterprise standards.

Why This Role Exists

The work we do has real impact, and the people behind it matter just as much. D&G is seeking a Knowledge Manager to support USTRANSCOM's Joint Secretariat and Knowledge Management team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement Microsoft 365 collaboration and knowledge management solutions that improve information sharing, business processes, and decision-making across the Command. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will support multiple initiatives simultaneously while helping expand enterprise capabilities aligned with USTRANSCOM's mission objectives.

What You Will Do

• Partner with stakeholders to understand collaboration and knowledge management requirements.
• Design, develop, deliver, and maintain Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions ranging from basic workflows to enterprise-level applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to leverage existing functionality, reusable components, and best practices.
• Design, implement, and maintain SharePoint sites and solutions that improve communication, collaboration, and information sharing.
• Manage user permissions, access controls, and governance to protect sensitive information.
• Provide training and user support for Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related technologies.
• Develop and maintain centralized knowledge repositories for organizational documents, lessons learned, best practices, and reference materials.
• Establish and enforce content management policies, standards, and governance procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy, organization, and relevance of information stored within SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations, security requirements, and organizational standards.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and collaboration.

What We Are Looking For Required

• Experience implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Strong understanding of workflows, business rules, business process flows, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience designing, managing, and integrating data across multiple platforms.
• Experience administering SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience customizing Microsoft solutions using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Familiarity with Dataverse, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, and Model-Driven Apps.
• Advanced experience with data design, data management, and data integration.
• Experience supporting Department of Defense organizations or enterprise collaboration environments.

Clearance and Eligibility

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).

Location On site at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. Telework may be authorized based on government requirements.
