Job summary

D&G Solutions is seeking a Power Platform & SharePoint Specialist to support USTRANSCOM’s Joint Secretariat and Knowledge Management team. You will design, develop, and implement Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions to improve information sharing and decision-making across the Command.

Work with a collaborative team to support multiple initiatives while expanding enterprise capabilities aligned with mission objectives. On-site role at Scott Air Force Base, IL with DoD clearance required.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Strong understanding of workflows, business rules, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience designing, managing, and integrating data across multiple platforms.
• Experience administering SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand collaboration and knowledge management requirements.
• Design, develop, deliver, and maintain Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions from basic workflows to enterprise apps.
• Collaborate with development teams to leverage existing functionality and best practices.
• Design, implement, and maintain SharePoint sites and solutions to improve communication and information sharing.
• Manage user permissions, access controls, and governance to protect sensitive information.
• Provide training and user support for Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Develop and maintain centralized knowledge repositories and reference materials.
• Establish content management policies, standards, and governance procedures.
• Ensure accuracy, organization, and relevance of information in SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and security requirements.
• Analyze processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
