Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a mission autonomy product lead to drive development for Group 5 autonomous air vehicles. You will define roadmaps, guide cross-functional decisions, and manage engineering risk from requirements to fielding. You will collaborate with engineers, program managers, and business development to translate customer needs into concrete autonomy features.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance and SAP experience.
• Operational flight experience with USAF/USN/USMC fighters or RPAs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer engagements.
• Experience leading system design from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop Mission Autonomy products across the full lifecycle.
• Define roadmaps and timelines; guide cross-functional decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams on design trades.
• Plan, execute, and analyze autonomous tests in realistic sims.
• Support business development with customer briefings and demos.
