Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a senior Systems Engineer to lead the execution of Group 5 Mission Autonomy programs. You will advocate for rigorous MBSE-based engineering in a fast-paced software environment and collaborate with other engineering leads to deliver autonomous capabilities.

This role requires extensive systems engineering experience and a Top Secret clearance. Applicants should have a strong background in autonomy, simulation, perception products, and artifact development, with

Qualifications

• B.S. or higher in an engineering/technical field as specified.
• 10+ years of Systems Engineering experience across the life cycle.
• Experience developing autonomy solutions for commercial or defense applications.
• Experience integrating and testing autonomy solutions as part of higher-level vehicle behavior.
• Experience with requirements-based testing frameworks.
• MBSE methods using SysML.
• Strong written and verbal communication to present artifacts.
• Experience with software development tools/infrastructure (Github, CI/CD).
• Ability to obtain/maintain US Top Secret clearance.
