Job summary

Anduril Industries is pursuing advanced autonomy and AI-powered systems for defense applications. The role focuses on developing Mission Autonomy products for Group 5 air vehicles, guiding cross-functional teams, and driving the product lifecycle from concept to fielding.

The candidate will work with engineers, BD, and program managers to validate designs, analyze test results, and improve system performance in realistic scenarios, while aligning with mission objectives and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Operational experience as a Pilot or CSO/NFO of USAF, USN, USMC fighter/bomber aircraft or RPAs.
• Self-starter with ownership and mission orientation.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret test data and diagnose system behaviors.
• Organized with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop Mission Autonomy products to support Group 5 autonomous air vehicles.
• Drive product development through the full lifecycle from requirements to fielding.
• Define roadmaps, timelines and manage engineering risk.
• Collaborate with engineering leads and BD to evaluate trades for early designs.
• Develop autonomy behaviour and supporting product requirements with engineering teams.
