Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Operations Product Manager, Group 5 Mission Autonomy, fully remote in the United States. You will drive the product lifecycle for mission autonomy, collaborate with engineering and BD, define roadmaps, and lead tests in simulated environments to ensure system readiness for real-world deployments.

You will develop autonomy behaviors, work with cross-functional teams, and support customer briefings while traveling up to 25% as required.

Qualifications

  • Operational experience as a pilot or CSO/NFO in USAF/USN/USMC or RPAs.
  • Self-starter with mission-oriented mindset and ownership.
  • Strong analytical skills; interpret test data and diagnose system behavior.
  • Organized with strong verbal and written communication.
  • Led system design from concept to delivery to customers.
  • Willing to work flexible hours and travel up to 25%.
  • Active U.S. Top Secret clearance and SAP experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Mission Autonomy products for Group 5 autonomous air vehicles.
  • Drive lifecycle product development from requirements to fielding.
  • Define roadmaps, guide cross-functional decisions, manage risk.
  • Collaborate with engineering leads & BD to evaluate early designs.
  • Develop autonomy behavior and supporting product requirements.
  • Coordinate with software/hardware/test/PM teams to align systems & mission objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze mission autonomy tests in simulated environments.
  • Support BD with customer briefings, demos, and updated capability templates.
