Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Quality Lead in Woburn, MA to drive a robust quality culture for the CLS TPY-2 program, coordinating with IPTs and suppliers to meet QA and mission assurance requirements.

You will develop quality metrics, perform independent reviews, and lead audits and corrective actions to ensure program success. This onsite role requires no relocation and offers a pathway to ongoing excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant work.
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance (Secret) required on day 1.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 QMS.
• Experience with DoD/War standards and GMP.
• Experience managing quality across design, supplier management, and production.

Responsibilities

• Engage on strategic and tactical levels focusing on quality, cost and schedule performance.
• Develop partnerships with program and production stakeholders to drive issue resolution and improve processes.
• Develop and implement Mission Assurance plans impacting program execution.
• Initiate root cause analyses, facilitate corrective actions, and implement closed-loop controls.
