Job summary

Raytheon in Andover, MA is seeking a Patriot Program Quality Senior Analyst / Program Quality Lead (PQL) to support the Patriot Ground team. You will interface with the Factory to resolve production issues, drive continuous improvement, and deliver cost savings initiatives.

This role requires a university degree with 2 years in a manufacturing environment, experience with ISO 9001/AS9100, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; minimum 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience providing technical program support for manufacturing and/or design processes.

Responsibilities

• Interface with program quality teams, programs, customers, and IPTs to support quality and financial performance.
• Lead RCCA and FRACAS activities for systemic issues.
• Develop and implement Mission Assurance plans affecting programs.
• Identify opportunities to reduce lifecycle cost and risk.
