Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years’ related experience or Master’s with 8+ years.
• At least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Active US Clearance (Secret or higher).

• Defines and monitors mission assurance program specifications and processes.
• Ensures risk management, safety, reliability and maintainability of program achievements, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Drives continuous improvement using lean principles, six-sigma projects and best practices.
• Develops and maintains mission assurance programs, policies, processes, and procedures.
• Provides leadership that fosters an inclusive, motivated and engaged work culture.
