Job summary

Vantor seeks a highly qualified professional to test, analyze, verify, and validate space-related sensing systems for defense applications. The candidate will work with U.S.

Space Force and cross-functional teams to develop resilient capabilities, identify mitigations, and ensure readiness for operational testing. The role requires 10+ years in test & evaluation on major defense programs, plus experience with TEMPs and STPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a technology field.
• 10+ years of test and evaluation, verification, or system integration on Major Defense Acquisition Programs.
• 5+ years supporting Government developmental test and evaluation programs as part of LDTO.
• Experience planning, executing, and reporting DT&E activities per AFI 99-103.
• Experience executing tests, data analysis, and generating test reports.
• Experience developing TEMPs, STPs, RVPs, and RVRs.
• Experience conducting system of systems tests for space/ground and leading ITT/DRB/MIPRB meetings.
• Ability to decompose requirements, define SUT, and establish acceptance criteria and TRR.
• Experience communicating with government clients, with IEEE 15288.1/2 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Test, analyze, evaluate, verify, and validate space/ground systems.
• Identify urgent mitigations early to support development.
• Contribute to acquisition and development of space sensing capabilities.
• Coordinate Integrated Test Teams, DRBs, and ITT meetings.
• Develop test criteria, metrics, and TRRs.
