Job description

ITSC Secure Solutions is hiring Test Engineers, Senior Test Engineers, Integration Engineers, and Senior Integration Engineers to support the FLITE+ FORGE Missile Warning Program at Buckley Space Force Base, Colorado.

Clearance Required: Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility. Candidates must currently possess an active Top Secret clearance and be eligible for SCI access. Applications from candidates without an active TS clearance will be rejected.

We are looking for mission-driven professionals ready to support integration, verification, and testing of systems operating in real-world national defense environments.

Open Roles

Support system integration planning and execution, interface coordination across Missile Warning ground and satellite systems, requirements traceability, verification and validation, configuration management, and integration-risk resolution.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline
• At least nine years of relevant systems integration experience
• Experience integrating complex ground or space systems
• Familiarity with Missile Warning or defense-related architectures

Provide senior-level leadership and independent technical authority for Missile Warning system integration, testing, and verification across FORGE environments.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a related technical discipline
• At least 14 years of relevant experience supporting complex DoD or Missile Warning systems
• Senior-level leadership experience in system integration, testing, and verification
• Ability to provide enterprise-level technical guidance

Support Missile Warning system verification, enterprise test planning and execution, verification-methodology development, risk identification, and continuous improvement of testing approaches.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related technical discipline
• At least 10 years of relevant experience supporting Missile Warning, space, or DoD system verification and testing
• Demonstrated system verification or testing experience
• Ability to provide independent technical recommendations

Provide advanced technical consultation and enterprise expertise for Missile Warning Integration and Test activities. Support verification strategy, test rigor, system performance, and mission assurance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field
• At least 15 years of relevant system test, integration, verification, or validation experience
• Experience supporting system testing or verification in mission-critical environments
• Ability to provide independent technical consultation and strategic recommendations

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility—required
• Required degree and years of directly relevant experience for the applicable position
• Missile Warning, FORGE, space, or DoD systems experience
• Ability to support work at Buckley Space Force Base
• Ability to thrive in classified, team-based environments
