Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with missile subassembly integration and test.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and support alternate shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution for integrating newly developed missile subassemblies, serving as SME for integration methods and requirements.
• Develop and prepare test beds for system-level integration and testing of missile subassemblies.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and execution across test facilities to ensure successful integration and test operations.
• Write and review integration and verification documentation, including test plans and procedures and engineering reports.
• Review and analyze test data to identify performance issues and support root-cause investigations.
• Present analysis results to internal and external stakeholders, including program leadership and customers.
• Collaborate with operations and manufacturing to drive performance improvements and address integration challenges.
• Travel up to 10% to RTX facilities, test sites, vendors, and customer locations, mainly during first shift.
