The Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities discipline is seeking an Integration and Test (I&T) Lead to support Patriot Missile programs. The I&T Lead will be responsible for a range of engineering activities, including defining integration strategies, planning for requirements sell-off, leading test execution, and conducting data analysis for system integration and verification in hardware-in-the-loop facilities and during ground and flight tests. This role requires the ability to support alternate shifts, work extended hours, and travel as needed.

What You Will Do

Oversee planning and execution activities for integrating newly developed missile subassemblies, serving as a subject‑matter expert for integration methods, workflows, and technical requirements. Support and help drive complex integration and test events, including developing and preparing test beds required for system-level integration and testing of missile subassemblies. Coordinate resources, schedules, and execution across multiple test facilities to ensure successful and efficient integration and test operations. Manage and maintain tools used to document, communicate, and track the complex flow of integration activities, ensuring visibility into dependencies and coordinated resource planning. Write and review integration and verification documentation, including test plans, procedures, test cases, and engineering reports, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with program requirements. Review and analyze test data to identify system performance issues, support root‑cause investigations, and contribute to integration and verification issue resolution. Compile, summarize, and present analysis results and technical findings to internal and external stakeholders, including program leadership and external customers. Collaborate across engineering functions—including operations and manufacturing—to drive system performance improvements and address integration challenges. Support mission execution through travel (up to 10%) to RTX facilities, test sites, vendor locations, and customer locations, primarily during first shift with occasional support during second shift hours.

Qualifications We Prefer

Active and transferable U.S. government–issued security clearance. Experience integrating and testing missile systems, RF subassemblies, and CCAs, including developing simulation scenarios to evaluate system performance. Experience analyzing large sets of system performance data using tools such as MATLAB to support requirement verification. Experience interfacing with internal and external customers and identifying technical solutions to complex requirements. Experience generating technical documentation to support requirements integration and verification, including work instructions and process flow diagrams.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective‑bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
