Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Chief Engineering Manager for the PAC-3 Missile Integration Chief Engineer role. The candidate will lead a cross‑functional team in developing missile algorithms and tactical software, reporting to the PAC-3 Integration Program Area Chief Engineer.

The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple PAC-3 Chief Engineers to ensure program synergy, drive technical decisions, and manage risk across milestones, reviews, and fielding activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Ten years of experience in engineering or related field.
• Secret clearance with a recent investigation.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
• Experience leading missile algorithm development and Agile software development.
• Ability to plan and lead technical efforts across complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team to demonstrate milestones and conduct reviews with customers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with PAC-3 Chief Engineers to ensure cross-task synergy.
• Develop and execute program plans, schedules, and trade studies.
• Lead or support customer briefings, IPT status reviews, and Technical Interchange Meetings.
• Participate in Failure Review Boards and Risk Management.
