Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field.
• 1 year or more of professional systems engineering experience.
• Familiarity with missile seeker systems standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with system requirements and specifications of the design and development of the Processor subsystem for the PAC‑3 missile seeker.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including electrical, mechanical, and software engineers, to integrate the Processor into the overall missile seeker system.
• Define and document the Processor’s architecture, interfaces, and operational characteristics.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines in the design and implementation of the processor assembly.
• Designs or develops, maintains, and identifies improvements for the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes.
• Support test plans and procedure development to verify the functionality and performance of the processor subsystem.
• Support the troubleshooting and resolution of any technical issues or anomalies related to the processor during development, integration, manufacturing, and testing phases.
• Collaborate with project managers to establish project schedules, milestones, and deliverables related to the processor.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in processor technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance the performance and capabilities of our missile seeker system
