Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Approximately 3-7 years of engineering, test, systems analysis, or analytical experience.
• Demonstrated experience performing technical analysis of complex systems or test data.
• Ability to develop analytical approaches and independently work through complex technical problems.
• Experience translating data into meaningful technical findings.
• Proficiency with analytical tools and scripting languages such as Python, MATLAB, SQL, or R.

Responsibilities

• Perform system-level and element-level performance analysis of Missile Defense System test data.
• Analyze data from ground tests, HWIL, flight tests, and real-world events.
• Evaluate kill chain performance including sensor acquisition, tracking, and engagement processes.
• Develop analytical approaches and methodologies for evaluating complex MDS behaviors.
• Maintain and utilize data analysis tools, scripts, models, and visualizations.
• Prepare analytical findings for SEA/MDA test reports and reviews.
