Job summary

DESE Research, Inc. seeks a Systems Engineer – Test Analyst to join an exciting team supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) in analysis, testing, and evaluation of the Missile Defense System (MDS).

This on-site role in Huntsville, AL, involves analyzing test data from HWIL ground tests and supporting flight tests, real world events, and GDA tests. The candidate will apply model-based systems engineering and analytical tools to assess system performance, and will develop and present

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field; Master's or PhD candidates with strong systems engineering or MDS analysis backgrounds will also be considered
• Degree and experience performing systems engineering test analysis for the Missile Defense System
• Active Secret-level DoD security clearance; candidates with higher-level clearances are preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze test data from MDA Ground Test (HWIL) programs and support analysis of Flight Test events, Real World Events, and GDA tests
• Use model-based systems engineering approaches and analytical tools to support system-level and element-level performance analyses
• Support data reviews and develop analytical products to assess system performance and communicate results
