IERUS Technologies, Huntsville, AL is seeking an Onsite Program Quality Assurance Analyst to support MDS test programs, ensure AS9100 compliance, and drive RCCA actions. You will work with radar teams and program management to implement quality improvements, review tests, and verify documentation across the lifecycle.

The role requires strong problem-solving, collaboration, and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant quality assurance experience.
• Experience with AS9100 Quality Management System.
• Experience with RCCA activities.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Experience with DoD contracts preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a member of the Program team, ensuring successful program performance, deliver conforming services through effective collaboration and compliance to processes and procedures;
• Collaborate with radar teams and program management to define and implement quality improvement strategies;
• Participate and guide RCCA activities for systemic issues;
• Participation in Peer Reviews, Test Witnessing, and Audits;
• Participation in program document reviews, approvals, and verifications to maintain high-quality standards and compliance;
• Interpret command media in compliance to work being performed;
• Interface with customer and program team related to hardware DD-250 activities;
• Travel between Program and Customer local sites;
• This position will be required to be onsite.
