Job summary

IERUS Technologies is seeking an onsite Program Quality Lead to support Missile Defense System tests, ensuring conformity with AS9100 requirements and robust RCCA processes. The role involves close interaction with cross‑functional teams to optimize test outcomes and maintain high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a degree (or equivalent) with 2+ years in quality environments, experience with CAPA, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems, including AS9100.
• Experience in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Proficient with MS Office software, especially Excel.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Join the Program team to ensure performance and deliver conforming services in line with processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with radar teams and program management to define and implement quality improvements.
• Lead RCCA activities for systemic issues and drive corrective actions.
• Participate in peer reviews, test witnessing, and audits.
