IERUS Technologies is seeking an Onsite Program Quality Assurance Analyst to join a large Missile Defense Agency (MDA) team in Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on ensuring program goals are met while maintaining AS9100 compliance and robust RCCA practices throughout the MDS test lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, data-driven process improvement capabilities, and excellent collaboration across cross-functional teams. Security clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems, including AS9100.
• Experience participating in teams with corrective and preventive actions.
• Proficient with MS Office software, especially Excel.
• Highly motivated with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Self-motivated and able to influence, direct, and lead.
• Excellent interpersonal communication to work with cross-functional teams.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.
• Active security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the Program team to ensure successful program performance and conforming services.
• Collaborate with radar teams and program management to define and implement quality improvement strategies.
• Lead and participate in RCCA activities for systemic issues.
• Participate in peer reviews, test witnessing, and audits.
• Contribute to program document reviews, approvals, and verifications to maintain high-quality standards.
• Interpret command media in compliance with work performed.
• Interface with customer and program team regarding hardware DD-250 activities.
• Travel between program and customer local sites.
• This position requires onsite work.
