Job summary

MTSI is seeking a Program Integrator in Huntsville to lead cross-functional teams, guiding the integration of advanced technologies into the U.S. missile defense enterprise.

You will shape program plans, manage risk, and deliver complex engineering programs on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of defense program experience, holds a bachelor's in engineering (master's preferred), and possesses TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading complex technical projects, preferably in defense.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with defense acquisition or missile defense programs is preferred.
• U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI clearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute technology integration for missile defense systems.
• Serve as primary point of contact for DoD stakeholders, aligning customer objectives with technical teams.
• Oversee lifecycle activities including requirements, risk management, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and guide transition to operations.
• Prepare briefings and status reports for senior government and contractor leadership.
• Ensure activities comply with security, safety, and quality requirements.
• Mentor staff and promote accountability and mission focus.
