Job summary

EC Electric is seeking an MIS Systems Support III to work on-site in Boise, Idaho. This full-time role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and telephony issues, with travel to job sites and branches as needed.

Description

• Provide technical support for computer hardware and software, telephone systems, network, operating systems, and all other things technology-based.


• Respond to the help desk contacts to quickly resolve issues and meet user’s needs.


• Perform installs, upgrades, moves, changes from computer workstation hardware and software,printers, and laptops.


• Read and understand technical specifications, drawings, and instructions.


• Maintain an accurate database of equipment, repairs, and inventory.


• Update training and user guides for equipment.


• Multitasking to prevent issues and handle immediate needs.


• Perform user maintenance task as directed by the Senior Systems Engineer.


• Manage traveling schedule to visit job sites and branches to preform projects.


• Resolve tickets escalated on the Service Desk to meet SLA goals.

Benefits

• Salary range for this position is $77,000-$97,000 annually.
