Job summary

Open Bank is seeking an MIS Specialist to join our MIS team. You will design methods to collect and retrieve data, enhance reporting, and ensure MIS activities run smoothly across departments.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, solid IT basics, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable reports. A bachelor’s degree in MIS or related field is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to gather end-user requirements and translate them into reports.
• Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and email.

Responsibilities

• Identify end-user requirements by engaging with stakeholders.
