Job summary

Open Bank is seeking an MIS Specialist to join the MIS team in Los Angeles. The role focuses on designing data collection and retrieval methods and improving MIS processes to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities include gathering end-user requirements, providing technical support, generating reports, and training staff on new applications. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS or Computer Information or related field or equivalent experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional image when communicating.
• Accurate typing/keyboard skills; basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet software and e-mail.
• Ability to retain a broad knowledge of tasks performed in the IT functions.

Department: Management Information System (MIS)

We are looking for a MIS Specialistto join our MIS team at Open Bank! The Management Information System (MIS) Specialist provides end users with information by designing methods to collect and retrieve data; maximizes computer system capabilities by studying technical applications and making recommendations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Accurate typing/keyboarding skills; basic computer skills, including the use of word processing, spreadsheet software applications, and e‑mail.
• Ability to retain a broad knowledge of tasks performed in the IT functions.
