Job summary

The New York Mets are seeking two Minor League Strength & Conditioning Associate Coaches for the 2027 season, with sites spanning Florida and New York. These roles offer hands-on experience within a multi-disciplinary performance department and expose you to diverse responsibilities under the head strength and conditioning coach.

Qualified candidates have NSCA CSCS and CPR/First Aid certifications, an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science or related field, and at least 1 year of full-time

Qualifications

• 1+ years of full-time experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head strength and conditioning coach in executing training programs.
• Provide evidence-based training programs under the supervision of the head coach.
• Collaborate within a coordinated performance department to implement programs.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by the head coach.
• Analyze objective testing data to inform individualized training plans.
• Assist with nutritional duties as needed.
• Manage inventory of strength and conditioning equipment.
