The New York Mets are seeking two Minor League Strength & Conditioning Associate Coaches for the 2027 season, with sites spanning Florida and New York. Qualified candidates have NSCA CSCS and CPR/First Aid certifications, an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science or related field, and at least 1 year of full-time
The New York Mets have two Minor League Strength & Conditioning Associate Coach positions available at multiple sites between Florida and New York for the 2027 season. These positions will give a Strength & Conditioning Coach the opportunity to gain experience in professional baseball while being part of a multi-disciplinary performance department. The associates selected for these roles will have a variety of responsibilities as assigned by the head strength and conditioning coach.

Hourly Rate: $19.00
