Qualifications

• Requires NSCA CSCS and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Undergraduate degree in Exercise Science, Physiology, or related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• 1+ years of full-time experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head strength and conditioning coach in executing training programs.
• Provide evidence-based training programs under supervision.
• Collaborate within a performance department to implement programs.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by the head coach.
• Analyze data to guide individualized training decisions.
• Assist with nutritional duties as needed.
• Inventory management of strength and conditioning equipment.
