Job summary

Milwaukee Brewers is seeking a Minor League Strength and Conditioning Specialist to supervise and implement the S&C program for minor league players. You will evaluate and motivate athletes, support performance enhancement and durability, and assist with nutritional evaluation for players at the assigned affiliate.

Core duties include daily communication with S&C staff, implementing the program per Brewers standards, and assisting athletic trainers with rehab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of experience and/or training required; RSCC preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with Minor League S&C Specialists, Health Staff, Team Manager, and Coaches.
• Implement and oversee strength and conditioning program consistent with Brewers standards.
• Assist athletic trainers and rehab staff with rehab programs.

Education

Bachelor's degree (B.A.)
