Milwaukee Brewers is seeking a Minor League Strength and Conditioning Specialist to supervise and implement the S&C program for minor league players. You will evaluate and motivate athletes, support performance enhancement and durability, and assist with nutritional evaluation for players at the assigned affiliate.

Core duties include daily communication with S&C staff, implementing the program per Brewers standards, and assisting athletic trainers with rehab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of experience and/or training required; RSCC preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish speaking required.

Assists with nutritional evaluation for players at the assigned minor league affiliate club.

Job Description As part of Strength and Conditioning Department, the Minor League Strength and Conditioning Specialist provides overall supervision/implementation of the strength and conditioning program for minor league players. Evaluates, motivates, and educates athletes in all aspects as it relates to performance enhancement and durability. Assists with nutritional evaluation for players at the assigned minor league affiliate club. Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Daily communication with other Minor League S&C Specialists, Minor League Health Staff, Team Manager, and Coaches.
• Implement and oversee strength and conditioning program consistent with principles of Milwaukee Brewers Strength & Conditioning.
• Assist athletic trainers and rehab staff with any rehab programs.

The ideal candidate must have at minimum, a bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and two years’ experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. RSCC preferred. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) speaking required.
