Job summary

Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club is seeking an Associate - Minor League Strength and Conditioning Specialist in Phoenix, AZ to assist in implementing and supervising the minor league strength program for performance enhancement and durability. You will work with coaches, team managers, and health staff to ensure consistent application of conditioning principles.

You will also contribute to education of players on nutrition and performance analytics, supporting travel logistics and related duties

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a strength and conditioning field from a four-year college.
• CSCS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising and implementing the strength and conditioning program for minor league players.
• Collaborate with Senior Coordinator and health staff to support performance and durability.
• Assist with team operations logistics including travel and accommodations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in strength and conditioning
