Job summary

Gateway Church is seeking a Ministry Systems Lead on the Assimilation and Ministry Systems team. The role translates strategy into scalable ministry systems and collaborates with the Director of Assimilation to develop simple, sustainable solutions that can be implemented across the Church.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of ministry, operations, or systems design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience building SOPs, playbooks, or process documentation used across multiple locations — preferred

Responsibilities

• Designs and builds Gateway's ministry systems alongside the Director of Assimilation, balancing strategy with execution.
• Designs ministry processes that meet both ministry and campus needs.
• Builds and maintains SOPs, playbooks, resources, and documentation behind each ministry system.
• Sets standards for ministry training and resourcing across Gateway.
• Assesses the effectiveness and metrics of what Gateway offers, and reports what the data shows.

Education

Five or more years of ministry, operations, or systems design experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience building SOPs, playbooks, or process documentation
