Job summary

Gateway Church is seeking a Team Success Lead who designs and guides experiences to help staff grow spiritually, in character, and in skill from day one onward.

You’ll partner with the Executive Director of Team Success and Operations to shape leadership development, onboarding, and performance reviews across campuses, equipping pastors, staff, and volunteers to live out Gateway’s values and mission.

• Designs and leads leadership development programs and training pathways
• Shapes onboarding and performance review processes
• Builds competencies and indicators aligned to hiring and growth
• Leads manager tools and coaching through values-based plans
• Develops career pathways and internal promotions
• Facilitates campus leadership trainings and team gatherings
